Strange stains on the watermelon: he rinses it, but watch what happens

This watermelon clearly has something wrong: it has spots on the surface similar to mold that, once washed away, seem to disappear. But for a few seconds, the stains return, bigger than before. This is probably a process of internal decomposition: in other words, it is as if the watermelon was rotting from the inside, producing carbon dioxide which, as it reached the outside of the fruit, would condense into a strange compact foam.
