Soufflè omelette: soft and light as a cloud!

INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites 
2 egg yolks 
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp black pepper  
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp cheese
1 tbsp butter

METHOD
1. In a bowl beat well egg whites with sugar, in another bowl mix together egg yolks with salt and pepper.
2. Mix in egg whites and fry the omelet with cheese for 4 minutes covered.
