Potato gateau ready in a few minutes: a tasty recipe that never fails

Hot and inviting, potato gateau has an inimitable flavor and is really easy to make.

Ingredients:
2kg boiled potatoes
5 tablespoons grated cheese
4 eggs
Salt, pepper and olive oil to taste
200g mozzarella
100g ham
Breadcrumbs to taste
 
First of all boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces in a bowl, then mash them. Add 4 eggs and salt and pepper, then mix well (while stirring, add 5 tablespoons of grated cheese). In the pan in which the meal will be served, brush the bottom with olive oil and cover with a handful of breadcrumbs. Then pour half the mixture of potatoes and spread it all over the surface. Then add the ham and the sliced mozzarella, cover with the other half of the mixture of potatoes with 2 more handfuls of grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Place in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes and the gateau is finally ready to be served.
