Super soft salty doughnuts: an easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
320 gr water
2 gr beer yeast
10 gr salt
Cherry tomatoes
Parsley
Ricotta cheese

Preparation:
In a bowl, put flour and baking powder and add a little water. Start mixing, adding the remaining water a little at a time, then add the salt. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place the dough into a greased bowl, and cover. Set in a warm place for at least three hours. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, and gently roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a floured doughnut cutter. Fry doughnuts on each side until golden brown.
