Pineapple donuts: these cookies will finish in few minutes

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
200 gr butter
300 gr flour
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
vanillin
salt
300 gr flour
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
vanillin
salt
100 ml pineapple juice to add into the dough
Pineapple slices
Directions:
Mix flour and butter, then add egg, sugar, vanillin and salt. Finally add the pineapple juice. When the dough is uniform let it cool for 15 minutes. Then divide the shortcrust pastry and make some donuts. Add the pineapple slices and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
