Schiacciata Fiorentina: a simple, creamy and soft cake

Ingredients:
 
300 grams  all purpose flour
150 grams sugar
2 eggs
40 gr extra virgin olive oil
70 gr orange juice
50 gr milk
orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
 
Filling:
200 ml sweetened cream
 
To decorate:
Powdered sugar
bitter cocoa 
 
Preparation:
Sift the flour and baking powder. In another bowl put eggs, sugar and salt and beat everything. Add the orange zest, oil, juice and vanilla extract. Then add the two compounds and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then fill with whipped cream and decorate with powdered sugar and cocoa.
