Spicy Shrimp With Cauliflower Rice: a low-carb and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
6 oz shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp grape seed oil
1 egg, beaten
2 garlic clove
1/2 cauliflower, riced into very small pieces
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 french green onion, thinly sliced
1 fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp sriracha, optional
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp grape seed oil
1 egg, beaten
2 garlic clove
1/2 cauliflower, riced into very small pieces
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 french green onion, thinly sliced
1 fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp sriracha, optional
Directions:
Heat 1 tsp of grape seed oil in a large pan over high heat then add shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sear shrimp for 30 seconds on both sides then transfer to a separate plate. Lower heat to medium and add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry minced garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Do not burn. Add cauliflower rice and stir to combine ingredients, cook for 2-5 minutes or until tender. Form a hole in the center of the pan and add a beaten egg. Cook egg in the center by stirring occasionally. Once cooked, add 1 tbsp Tamari sauce and stir to combine egg mixture with the rest of ingredients. Add shrimp and green onion to pan and stir until all ingredients are combined. Plate and garnish with Sriracha and coriander and serve.
