Chocolate mascarpone icebox cake: no-bake, yummy dessert

Ingredients:
250g milk cookies to taste
250g hazelnut chocolate cream
200ml whipped cream
250g mascarpone
2 gelatin leaves
Directions:
Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften, then whip the mascarpone and then add the cream. Dissolve the gelatin and then add it to the mixture. In a mold, alternate layers of hazelnut cream, whipped cream and cookies. Keep in the fridge for 5 hours, then serve.
