A Healthy, Nutritious Snack Idea For Your Kids

Ingredients:
4 eggs
180g sugar
125g yogurt
120g butter
260g all-purpose flour
50g starch
baking powder
powdered sugar
 
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the mixture into a pan and bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C (360°F). Once ready, cut in half and fill, with apricot jam or cherries. Cut into the shape you prefer, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
