Chocolate bars: the fresh snack for your kids!

This method is incredible!

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

100 g (1 cup) flour

100 g (½ cup) sugar

4 eggs

20g (2 tbsp) cocoa

orange zest

orange juice

4g (1 tsp) vanilla

10g (2 tsp) baking powder

For orange juice:

1 orange

Water

70 g (1/3 cup) sugar

For the cream:

250 ml (2 cup) whipped cream

200g (7 oz) dark chocolate

100g (3.5 oz) milk chocolate

METHOD

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla and orange peel, baking powder. Mix well. Pour into a baking tray. furnaces. Bake at 180C for 15 min.
Whisk whipping cream. Cut the dough in half. Coat with cream. Soak with orange juice. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut baking paper. Pour melted chocolate on it and wrap the sliced cake. Leave in the fridge for 30 min.
Remove the paper and decorate with melted milk chocolate and the remaining cream. Serve.
