Double cookies: the recipe to make some irresistible treats

Ingredients:
150 g of butter
10 g of oil
100 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
3 g of vanilla
60 g of corn starch
1 pinch of salt
300 g of flour + 1 tbsp
10 g of cocoa powder
Chocolate or jam for filling
Directions:
1. Mix butter, oil, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, corn starch, salt and flour in a bowl.
2. Stir into and even and smooth dough.
3. Cut the dough in two: add 1 tbsp of flour in one half and cocoa powder in the other.
4. Shape the cookies, then bake at 170° for 10-12 minutes.
5. Fill with melted chocolate or jam and decorate with powdered sugar on top.
