Fresh fruit cheesecake: the recipe for a delicious dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the base:
180 g of dry biscuits
80 g of melted butter
- For the filling:
200 g of cream cheese
200 g of mascarpone cheese
100 g of powdered sugar
Lemon zest (or vanilla bean)
200 of unsweetened whipping cream
Fresh fruit for decoration
Directions:
1. Finely grind the biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
2. Flavor with vanilla extract, if you like.
3. Use this mixture to coat the base of a cake mold, then refrigerate.
4. For the filling just mix cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest.
5. Then stir in whipped cream.
6. Pour the cheese filling on top of the biscuit base.
7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
8. Decorate with fresh fruit on top.
