Eggless brownies: the variant of the super tasty treat!

INGREDIENTS

0g (2 cups) of dark chocolate, melted
140 g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
210 g (1 cup) of sugar
4 0g (4 tbsp) of cocoa powder
8 g (1 tsp) of baking powder
2g (1 tsp) of salt
9 0ml (⅓ cup) of vegetable oil
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
160 g (⅔ cup) of chocolate chips
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to
180°C
/
350°F
.
2. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Separately combine milk with vegetable oil.
3. Pour liquids into the dry ingredients, followed by melted chocolate. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter into a parchment-covered 20x20 cm baking pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool down before slicing.
