Orange chicken: how to make this tasty and fragrant dish

Ingredients:
600 g of sliced chicken breast
50 g of almonds
100 ml of orange juice
Half a cup of white wine
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Flour
Directions:
1. Coat chicken in flour.
2. Toast almonds in a pan.
3. Then stir fry the chicken with oil and salt on both sides.
4. Add wine, orange juice, lemon juice and toasted almonds.
5. Cook for 10 minutes, then add grated orange zest.
