Shrimp fritters: the recipe for a tasty and original appetizer

Ingredients:
300 g of shrimps
100 g of flour
100 g of chickpeas flour
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Salt
1 tsp of turmeric
250 ml of water
80 ml of beer
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Peel the shrimps. Use the shells and heads to make a broth.
2. Boil for 10 minutes, then strain.
3. Mix minced onion, garlic and parsley. Add flour, salt and turmeric.
4. Whisk and gradually add the broth you made before and beer.
5. Lastly mix in diced shrimps.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Shape the fritters using a spoon and fry them in hot oil until golden.
