Sauteed mushrooms: the recipe for a quick and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
500 g of mushrooms
60 g of butter
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 small onion
5 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil and butter in a pan and let melt at medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and garlic.
3. Slice the mushrooms and add them in the pan.
4. Cook for 8-10 minutes stirring from time to time.
5. Season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
