No-bake fruit cake: the recipe for a delicious and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
2 eggs
2 tbsp of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
180 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
300 ml of milk
200 ml of hot water
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- For the filling:
150 ml of canned peaches syrup
10 g of gelatin
200 g of canned peaches
150 g of dried pitted cherries
900 g of sour cream or greek yogurt
10 g of vanilla sugar
200 ml of whipping cream
150-200 g of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with vanilla sugar and salt. Then add milk, sifted flour and cocoa powder.
2. Now add water and oil, too.
3. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Then cook the crepes on both sides over medium heat.
4. Soak pitted cherries in hot water.
5. Hydrate gelatin in peaches syrup for 7-10 minutes.
6. Mix sour cream (or greek yogurt) with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
7. Then add whipped cream and the gelatin mixture.
8. Assemble the cake by layering crepes and filling.
9. Then make some crepes bundles by stuffing them with filling and fruit.
10. Place the bundles in the middle of the cake, then make more layers on top.
11. Refrigerato for at least 4 hours.
12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
