Hazelnut creamy cake: the recipe to make a delicious dessert with no butter

Ingredients:
4 medium eggs
30 g of cake flour
150 g of sugar
500 g of ricotta cheese
100 g of hazelnuts
200 g of dark chocolate
Vanilla flavor
Chopped hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and let cool, then blend hazelnuts.
2. Whisk egg whites until fluffy.
3. Then mix sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and ricotta cheese, too.
4. Stir in melted chocolate, chopped hazelnuts and flour.
5. Lastly, add whisked egg whites from before and stir gently.
6. Pour the batter in a cake pan coated with baking paper.
7. Decorate with more chopped hazelnuts on top.
8. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
