Caramel and peanuts bars: the recipe for a quick and delicious snack

Ingredients:
80 g of sugar
40 ml of water
100 ml of whipping cream
30 g of butter
1 pinch of salt (optional)
200 g of toasted peanuts
100 g of milk chocolate
Freeze-dried berries (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour sugar and water in a pan and caramelize.
2. Then add hot cream, diced butter and salt.
3. Lastly stir in peanuts.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold, cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
5. Melt chocolate in the microwave and pour it into the mold.
6. Decorate with berries on top.
7. Refrigerate for a few hours and cut in pieces.
