Sweet puff pastry tacos: the simple and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
280 g of sugar
110 g of flour
650 g of water
2 vanillin
1 tbsp of margarine
400 g of cream
- For the syrup:
730 g of sugar
610 g of water
1 vanillin
- For the tacos:
850 g of puff pastry
Water
Almond flakes
Directions:
1. Mix water, sugar and flour in a large pot and stir well.
2. Turn off the stove and add margarine and vanillin.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
4. Whip cream and stir into the previous mixture.
5. Cut puff pastry in squares, brush the edges with water and close to shape some triangles.
6. Make some holes on the surface using a fork.
7. Bake at 200° until golden and crispy.
8. Make the syrup bring water and sugar and boil, then season with vanillin.
9. Dip tacos in the syrup then drain.
10. Fill with the cream you made before and decorate with almond flakes.
