Almond Christmas cookies: the recipe for some fragrant and delicious biscuits

Ingredients:
150 g of flour
150 g of diced butter
125 g of almond flour
125 g of powdered sugar
75 g of potato starch
2 large egg yolks
1 packet of vanillin
Orange jam for filling
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, almond flour, potato starch, powdered sugar and vanillin.
2. Now add cold butter and knead until you get a crumbly mixture.
3. Lastly stir in egg yolks and knead again to get an even dough.
4. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin shape the cookies.
6. Arrange them in a tray coated with baking paper.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160° for about 12/13 minutes.
8. Let cool completely, then fill with jam and decorate with powdered sugar.
