Bubble pancakes: the simple and quick way to make them delicious

Ingredients:

100 g flour

200 g semolina

250ml water

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of vinegar

7 g baking powder

Directions:

1. Start mixing flour, semolina, water, salt, sugar and vinegar.

2. Mix everything and then add the yeast.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with cling film.

4. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

5. Cook in a non-stick pan and then fill as you want.
