Giant pancakes: the simple way to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
300g of all-purpose flour
3 eggs
60 g sugar
200 ml of milk
1 pot of plain yogurt (125 g)
60 ml of oil
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
 
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar.
2. Then add the vanilla sugar.
3. Also combine oil, yogurt, milk, flour and yeast.
4. Mix well until you have a homogeneous batter.
5. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
6. Heat the pan and cook the pancakes.
