Apricot jam cookies: the recipe of the treats everyone will love

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
3 eggs
150 ml of vegetable oil
150 g of sugar
11 g of baking powder
Lemon zest
400/500 g of apricot jam
3 tbsp of orange blossom water
Coconut flour
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and lemon zest. Then add oil.
2. Stir in baking powder and flour, a little bit at a time.
3. Knead until you get a smooth dough, then shape the biscuits with oiled hands.
4. Bake them at 180° for 15 minutes.
5. Coat them with apricot jam flavored with orange blossom water. Let sit for 2/3 minutes.
6. Coat with coconut flour and decorate with more apricot jam on top.
