Baked potatoes with hot dogs: the recipe for a quick and savory dish

Ingredienti:

4 potatoes

Salt

250 g of cherry tomatoes

80 g of green and black olives

6 chicken hot dogs

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Aromatic herbs

Onion powder

Pepper

4 tbsp of breadcrumbs

Directions:

1. Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

2. Mix tomatoes, pitted olives, diced hot dogs, oil, garlic powder, aromatic herbs, onion powder and black pepper.

3. Stir to blend all the ingredients.

4. Drain the potatoes and mix them with breadcrumbs, then stir in the tomatoes and olives mixture.

5. Pour everything in a tray and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
