Zucchini and tomato flatbread: the simple and crispy recipe

Ingredients:
250 g of cake flour
10 g of salt
20 ml of extra virgin olive oil
2 zucchini
Black pepper
300 ml of water
10 cherry tomatoes
40 g of grated cheese
Cheese rind (optional)
Corn flour
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, pepper and water in a bowl to make the batter.
2. Then add zucchini, cheese, sage, oil and cheese rind.
3. Blend to combine all the ingredients.
4. Oil some baking paper and sprinkle with corn flour.
5. Pour in the batter and spread it.
6. Bake at 200° for 45 minutes.
