Noodles with vegetables: the delicious dish to try

Ingredients:
Garlic
Fresh basil
Broccoli
Carrot
Onion
Curry
Dried mushrooms
Sesame seed oil
Paprika
Sun dried tomatoes
Soy sauce
Noodles
Egg
Fresh ginger
Zucchini
Directions:
1. Cut the vegetables in stripes.
2. Soak the mushrooms in water for 2 hours, squeeze them and cut them too.
3. In a bowl mix egg, paprika and curry.
4. Pour some sesame seed oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic, ginger and chili pepper.
5. Now add all the vegetables.
6. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted boiling water.
7. When it's done, add noodles in the pan with vegetables and pour some cooking water.
8. Now add whisked eggs and soy sauce.
9. Turn off the stove and season with sesame seed oil and fresh basil.
