Cherries in syrup: the easy way to make them last longer

Ingredients:
320 g of sugar
Cherries (the amount the fits in the jar)
50 g of sugar
400 ml of water
Directions:
1. Pour sugar in water and let melt.
2. Wash and dry well the cherries.
3. Then put the cherries into a sterilized jar.
4. Then pour in syrup and close.
5. Dip the jar into water and bring to a boil (20 minutes).
6. Let cool completely and store in the pantry.
