Potato hot dogs: the recipe to have them savory and crunchy

Ingredients:

800 g of potatoes

Salt

Fresh parsley

Black pepper

180 g of cheese

8 hot dogs

3 eggs

2 tbsp of flour

100 g of breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in big pieces. Then boil them in salted water.

2. When ready, mash the potatoes.

3. Add chopped parsley, black pepper and grated cheese.

4. After mixing with a spoon, use the potato dough to make some patties.

5. Place the hot dog in the middle and close.

6. In a bowl whisk eggs and add flour.

7. Dip the potato hot dogs in this mixture, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

8. Fry in a pan with boiling vegetable oil until they're golden on al sides.
