Cod fritters: how to prepare this incredible and tasty meal

Ingredients:
80 g of wheat flour
80 g of chickpea flour
300 g desalted cod
350 ml of very cold water
2 cloves of garlic
Chives and fresh parsley
A teaspoon of turmeric
a pinch of salt
A pinch of baking soda
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, chickpea flour, turmeric, salt and baking soda.
2. Then add the water and mix well.
3. Add parsley, cod, garlic and mix.
4. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
5. Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
