Sponge cake with hot water: the tip to make it so fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 egg (room temperature)
Sugar 140g
Vanillin 8g
Pinch of salt
Vegetarian oil 80ml
Natural Yogurt 125g
Zest of 1 orange
Flour 0 200g (sifted)
Corn starch 50g
15g of baking powder
50ml boiling water
Decorate with:
Coconut and jam (to taste)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, vanilla and salt.
2. Then add the oil, yogurt, orange zest, flour, starch, yeast and boiling water.
3. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170 ° for 35-40 minutes.
4. Then decorate with jam and coconut.
