Chocolate muffin: how to make them fluffy and irresistible

Ingredients:
160 g flour
130 g dark chocolate
125 g milk
120 g sugar
90 g butter
35 g cocoa powder
8 g baking powder
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Chocolate chips

Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the egg with sugar.
2. Then add milk and melted butter.
3. Then add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
4. Finally add chocolate chips and put the batter into the muffin tin.
5. Bake at 180° for 18 minutes.
