Chocolate muffin: absolutely irresistible!

Perfect for breakfast, kids will love them!
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
Salt
7g (1 2/3 tsp) of Vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) of Sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of Vegetable oil
150ml (2/3 cup) of Milk
1 tsp of Lemon zest
125g (1/2 cup) of Yogurt
220g (1 3/4 cups) of Flour
15g (1 1/8 tbsp) of Baking powder
15ml (1 tbsp) of Vinegar
Chocolate
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grains
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and mix with the mixer until the eggs change color.
- Add the oil, milk, lemon zest, yogurt, and mix. Sift flour and baking powder and add the vinegar at the end. Mix everything together well.
- Add half the amount of mixture to the cupcake mold, then put a piece of chocolate and add the other half of the mixture to fill the cupcake mold.
- Bake in the oven at 356°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
- Decorate with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
