Chocolate muffin: absolutely irresistible!

Perfect for breakfast, kids will love them! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
Salt
7g (1 2/3 tsp) of Vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) of Sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of Vegetable oil
150ml (2/3 cup) of Milk
1 tsp of Lemon zest
125g (1/2 cup) of Yogurt
220g (1 3/4 cups) of Flour
15g (1 1/8 tbsp) of Baking powder
15ml (1 tbsp) of Vinegar
Chocolate
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grains

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and mix with the mixer until the eggs change color.
  2. Add the oil, milk, lemon zest, yogurt, and mix. Sift flour and baking powder and add the vinegar at the end. Mix everything together well.
  3. Add half the amount of mixture to the cupcake mold, then put a piece of chocolate and add the other half of the mixture to fill the cupcake mold.
  4. Bake in the oven at 356°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Decorate with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
