Ingredients:

Cream ice-cream:

250 ml fresh milk

300 g sugar

40 g butter

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

500 ml whipping cream

Chocolate ice cream:

200 ml milk

200 g sugar

80 g hazelnuts

150 g dark chocolate

500 ml whipping cream

Coffee ice cream:

200 ml milk

200 g sugar

100 ml espresso coffee

8 g instant coffee

9 g glucose

500 ml whipping cream

Strawberry ice cream:

220 g strawberries

100 g sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tablespoons of honey

250 ml whipping cream

Cream ice-cream:

6 yolks

170 g sugar

600 ml of milk

100 ml cream

1 vanilla bean

Directions:

1. Cream ice cream: in a saucepan, cook milk, sugar, butter and cornstarch. Then set aside to cool. Whip the cream and add the freshly prepared mixture. Leave in the freezer overnight and then enjoy this wonderful ice cream.

2. Chocolate ice cream: cook milk and sugar in a pan, then add blended hazelnuts and dark chocolate. Separately whip the cream and then add the cream. Leave in the freezer overnight.

3. Coffee ice cream: follow the same procedure as chocolate ice cream by replacing hazelnuts and dark chocolate with coffee.

4. Strawberry Ice Cream: Cut the strawberries and mix them with sugar, lemon juice and honey. Let them rest for 20 minutes and then mash them. Whip the cream and add the strawberries, leave in the freezer overnight before enjoying it.

5. Cream ice cream: whip the egg yolks with the sugar. Separately, heat the milk, cream and vanilla pod. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the yolks. Then let it thicken on the fire and put it in the freezer overnight.
