Quick homemade red pizza: simple and delicious!

They are super easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS

500g (4 cups) of flour
7g of dry yeast
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of water
10g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
30ml (1/4 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
200ml (1 cup) of tomato sauce

10g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
30ml (1/4 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
200ml (1 cup) of tomato sauce
METHOD
- In a bowl with the flour add the yeast, water, and salt and mix. When the dough is created add the extra virgin olive oil and knead until the dough is well combined.
- Cover with the clean film and let it rise for 1 hour. After time has elapsed split the dough into 6 pieces and create small balls.
- Sprinkle the olive oil on the pan covered with parchment paper and transfer the balls. Cover with the cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, pick up each bun and sprinkle with olive oil underneath. With the hands press each bun with the fingers until it stretches. Add the tomato sauce on top and press with your fingers again.
- Bake in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 10 minutes.
