Homemade sofficini: for a quick and delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
250ml (1 cup) milk
250g (2 cups) flour 00
50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter
salt to taste
For the filling:
300g bechamel
120 g cooked ham
150 g mozzarella
For breading:
3 eggs
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Pour the milk into the pan, then add the butter and salt, stir until heated over low heat, then add the flour and mix until you get a fine dough. Wrap the dough in foil and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Prepare a filling of mozzarella cheese, cooked ham, and bechamel sauce.
- Roll out the dough lightly and roll it out with the help of a round mold.
- Fill the dough with the mixture, coat the edges with water, then fold the dough and press the edges with a fork.
- Roll the stuffed dough in eggs, then in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil.
