Mini fluffy pancakes: the easy and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
250 ml milk
1 egg
1,5 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
240 g flour
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Fry oil
Honey
 
Directions:
1. Heat the milk for one minute.
2. Pour it into the bowl and add egg, sugar, salt, flour and form a homogeneous batter.
3. Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little oil.
4. Serve hot and with honey.
