Apple marshmallow: the soft dessert and ready with few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
6-7 apples
1 egg white
80g (1 cup) powdered sugar
25g gelatine
100ml (1/2 cup) water

METHOD
  1. Clean apples, cut them in half, and clean the seeds.
  2. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 200°C (393°F) for 30 minutes.
  3. Take off the skin, and bake for another 10 minutes, rub through a sieve and leave in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
  4. Beat it with egg white and powdered sugar.
  5. In a pan on medium heat add gelatine and water, cook until bubbles, mix with the previous mixture and transfer to the pan.
  6. Put in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
