Apple cake: soft and delicate, ready with only 2 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
700g apples
15g gelatin
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Clean and cut the apples, microwave them for 10 minutes, blend them and add gelatin.
2. Melt it in a water bath.
3. Transfer to the mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
