Shortcrust pastry cookies: the easy way to make them perfect

Ingredients:
500 grams of flour 00
250 gr of butter
200 gr of powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 sachet of vanillin
fig jam to taste

Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: put the flour in a bowl and then add the butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Form a uniform dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough and form the ox eyes.
3. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15-20 minutes.
4. Fill them as you like.
