Ovis Mollis biscuits: the yolk pastry easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 ¼ cup) 00 flour;
120g (½ cup) butter, cold;
2 egg yolks;
60g (½ cup) powdered sugar;
a pinch of salt.
METHOD
  1. Boil egg yolks until they are hard-boiled (around 5-6 minutes). Let cool down.
  2. Whisk flour with salt and add cold butter in. Crumbled cooled egg yolks into the butter and combine everything with your fingers. When crumbs form, press them together into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough out and cut out your cookies.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 160°C/320°F.
