Sweet chips: a tasty idea to try now!

This method is genius and the result? Just wow!

INGREDIENTS

300g (2 1/2 cups) flour
15g (1 tbsp) cornstarch

60g (4 tbsp) sugar

40 g of sweetened condensed milk

50g (4 tbsp) butter

15g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

100ml (1/3 cup) water

METHOD

In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, condensed milk, salt and vanilla powder. Add in butter and water. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 portions and add cocoa powder to the second. Divide each piece into 2 more pieces.
Roll out each piece of the dough into the plastic wrap.
Place dark dough onto the white one and twist it.
Freeze for about 3 hours and make slices.
Fry in the hot oil for about 1-2 minutes.
