Cinnamon sticks
water
Lemon or honey
Directions:
1. Fill a saucepan with water.
2. Insert the cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil.
3. Then strain the liquid and let it cool.
4. Add lemon juice or honey and enjoy this drink.
