Chocolate and pistachio cake: the super delicious dessert

Ingredients:
60 gr egg yolks
165 gr icing sugar
125 gr egg whites
50 gr bitter cocoa
15 gr 00 flour or potato starch
200 gr yolks
750 gr whipped cream
140 gr sugar
200 ml milk
1 sheet of gelatin
2 heaped tablespoons of pistachio cream
2 heaping tablespoons of hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar.
2. Then mix the egg yolks with starch and cocoa.
3. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture into a mold.
4. Bake at 180°/356°F for 20/25 minutes.
5. Whip the cream and separately whip the egg yolks with the sugar.
6. Put the gelatin sheet in the water and then dissolve it in the milk.
7. Combine the egg yolks with the cream and divide into two bowls.
8. In one, add the two tablespoons of hazelnut cream.
9. Pour over the dough and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
10. In the second, add two tablespoons of pistachio cream.
11. Pour over the cake and leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
