Apple tarts with puff pastry: the simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
3 apples
Water + lemon juice
1 jar of apricot jam
100 gr of water
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry

1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
Directions:
1. Cut the apples into thin slices.
2. Prepare a bowl of water and lemon juice.
3. Dip the apples inside.
4. Mix the jam with the water in a pan, then strain.
5. Cut out rectangles of puff pastry and cover them with jam and apples.
6. Bake at 356°F/180° for 10/12 minutes.
