Fork brioche: fragrant and soft, perfect for your sweet snack!

Press a fork on the dough, the reason why is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 3/4 cup) milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
7g dry yeast
100ml (3/4 cup) melted butter
600g (4 3/4 cups) Flour
150g Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast. Add in egg, butter and flour. Let the dough rest for about 30-40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls and fill each with hazelnut cream.
- Transfer them to the baking pan and put the fork on each ball, sprinkle with sugar powder and bake at 180’C (350’F) for 25 minutes.
