Apple muffins without egg: the fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250g (2cups) plain flour
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 medium apples (1 chopped, 1/2 puree, 1/2 sliced)
250ml milk
56g (4 tbsp) butter, melted
Sugar for sprinkle, optional
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Then add baking powder, baking soda and vanilla sugar. Then add the chopped apples.
Mix the puree with milk and butter. Unite all and pour the batter into molds. Topping with apple slice and sugar. Bake at 400°F/200° for 25/30 minutes.
