Chocolate bars cheesecake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
250 g of biscuits
80 g of melted butter
100 g of milk chocolate bars
200 g of whipping cream
30 g of powdered sugar
525 g of cream cheese
- For decoration:
100 g of milk chocolate bars
100 g of whipping cream
30 g of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the biscuits until you get a fine dust.
2. Add melted butter.
3. Use the biscuits and butter mix to cover the bottom of a round cake pan (18 cm diameter).
4. Cut the bars in tiny pieces, melt them and mix to blend.
5. Aside mix cream and sugar, whipping with electrical whisks.
6. In a bowl mix cream cheese and the chocolate bars you melted before.
7. Mix to blend, then add in whipped cream.
8. Pour this mix onto the biscuits base.
9. Let harden in the fridge overnight, or at least 8 hours.
10. Melt the other chocolate bars and use this to decorate the entire cake's surface.
11. Finish with some whipped cream peaks and chocolate bars pieces.
