Chocolate muffins: the recipe to have them soft and fragrant

Ingredients:
3 eggs
130 g of brown sugar
120 g of milk
360 g of unsweetened yoghurt
280 g of flour
13 g od baking powder
1 g of baking soda
60 g of cocoa powder
170 g of dark chocolate
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar and salt.
2. Blend with electric whisks until you get a smooth and foamy batter.
3. Add milk, oil and yogurt.
4. Sift and add the powders: flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
5. Then mix with a wooden spoon or a spatula to blend all the ingredients.
6. Finely chop the dark chocolate and add it to the batter.
7. Pour the batter in the muffin paper cups.
8. Cover the muffins with some more chocolate chips.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
