Candied citrus zest: the easy and tasty recipe for you to try

Ingredients:
1 large orange
1 citron fruit
Sugar (the same amount of the zest)
Water (the same amount of the zest)
1 large pot
Directions:
1. Firstly, cut the zests and put them in a pot.
2. Add in water and boil. When it boils let cook for another 15 minutes.
3. Sift the zest and put them aside to dry for 30 minutes.
4. Then melt the sugar in water and add the zests again.
5. Let cook until they're caramelized
6. Place them in a baking tray and let them rest for a couple of hours.
